Ms Ellen Vanderweyden (°1991, Tienen) obtained her Master of Laws in 2015 with KU Leuven.
During her studies, she specialised in private and criminal law. She wrote her thesis on the constitutional protection of secrecy in correspondence.
Following her studies, she began her career as a member of the Bar of Leuven. Throughout her internship, she partook in an all-round programme to further specialise in liability and insurance law, as well as criminal justice.
In 2019, she chose to work with the Bar of Limburg and joined the office.
She is specifically focused on liability and insurance law, real estate and property law, and civil disputes, along with criminal justice in a broader sense.
